Returns & Exchanges

*Due to North Carolina's Stay at home restrictions, there will be a delay for processing returns for orders that have already been sent out. 

If for some reason your purchase doesn’t work out, we accept returns within 7 days for exchange or refund. Please contact orders@lavishraleigh.com for any questions, are are in need of a return authorization form. 

All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. 

Any custom orders, all furniture, artwork, books, lighting and sale items are final sale.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

Shipping

Domestic, International, & Local Delivery

All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles CA. Orders will be shipped 48-72 hours after your order has been placed, unless noted otherwise. Domestic shipping costs are calculated as follows:

    • up to $99 - $8.95
    • $100 to $149 - $10.95
    • $150 to $199 - $14.95
    • $200 to $399 - $19.95
    • $400 to $999 - $39.95
    • $1000 to $1499 - $59.95
    • $1500 to $1999 - $79.95
    • $2000 and up - $99.95

If you are outside of the US but would like to place an order, please email us for a formal quote. International shipping rates will vary from country to country. At this time we are unable to ship large furniture pieces internationally. We recommend using a freight forwarder that will ship to your country.

Wallpaper, Furniture and Framed Artwork may incur additional shipping charges or handling fees. For shipping information on large furniture pieces, please see below.

Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup

Raleigh local delivery option as well as in-store pickup is available for a majority of our items. Artwork as well as some large furniture pieces may not be eligible for in-store pickup or local delivery. Local is considered 50 miles from Raleigh zip code 27615. This is charged at a $150 flat rate. All orders shipping within the state of North Carolina are subject to 7% sales tax

International Shipping

 

We do not currently ship internationally.

 

Large Furniture & Handling Fees

Standard freight shipments are not able to ship to Hawaii or overseas.

Please note, additional shipping charges will occur when shipping freight items to the following states: MT, WY, ND, SD, NE, KS, & HI. You will receive a separate invoice from a representative of these charges. Please contact us for any questions regarding this.

Some large furniture items require handling fees in addition to the shipping charges. Handling fees cover the cost of storage, packaging and handling costs. Handling fees are stated on the product description and are charged per item, shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note, handling fees cover Room of Choice delivery. For White Glove Delivery service, please contact us for a quote.

Furniture Delivery

Lavish does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are done via third party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. Lavish will accept responsibility for defective or damaged product if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.

Lead Times

We update our website with the estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Do to the high demand on our products and in the event of an unforeseen delay with production, the estimated lead time is subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Please note, lead times do not include shipping times.
